The Woodstock monument committee is searching for Veterans from South Woodstock to be listed on the new monument addition. Any Veteran that served (in peace or war ) from 1815 to present and lived in (or is buried in) Woodstock is eligible. We would like to add names of South Woodstock Veterans to those who are already on the monument. There are forms available at the town office to fill out and return with copies of honorable discharge papers or other proof of honorable service.
So loving those cool nights and warm days, makes for a restful sleep at night and the warm sun during the day as it warms up the house.
My friend BJ, rode with me to Lewiston on Wednesday; we stopped and enjoyed a nice lunch at the China Buffet. The band then entertained the residents at the nursing home for the afternoon.
