South Woodstock

A beautiful sunny Friday morning on this 22nd day of February.

Thermometer reads 35 degrees and rising.

Condolences to the family of Alberta Angevine. Our thoughts and prayers and with each family member. A great lady and she will be missed by all who knew her.

John came to unclog the bathroom sink this morning. We put a whole bottle of drain liquid down and it still would not budge the clog. The plumber will be here first of the week, he is on vacation. At least the other drains are working so we will get by.

I have started my spring cleaning and will be getting my lawn sale items organized and ready to set up as soon as the weather permits.

We (the band ) spent three days entertaining the residents at the nursing homes this week. We get such joy spending our time with the seniors and shut-ins.

Celebrating March birthdays are Myra Emery, Laurie Moore, Joan Cannuli, Danielle Wilson, Natasha Hodson, Meagan Hodson, Pat Plante, Country Jim Palmer, Jim Miclon, Harold Wilbur, Mark Thurlow, Jessie Hart, Alan B. Coffin, Janice Walker and Martha D.

Railton. Birthday wishes to each of you.

Anniversary wishes are going out to Joan and Phelps Poland and Roger and Marie Wilday. Wishing you all a great day.

Yogi is off to town to get some blood work done this morning.

Del Parker and Ruthanne will be joining us this Saturday night for a

baked bean supper with all the fixings. So I am off to get the beans rinsed and covered to soak overnight.

Well, time to get a load of clothes folded and put away. And get the feeders refilled for my birds.

That’s all from the valley this week. Do enjoy these awsome spring- like days. Y’all have a great weekend.
