Balanced experience

To the Editor:

Over the last 20 years, I have had the opportunity to work with most of the candidates running in this June’s Democratic Primary. I decided to endorse Pat McGowan because I believe that he has the balanced experience needed to be an effective Governor. He has lived in Maine all his life; he was born in Bangor and grew up in rural central Maine – he has hunted and fished all his life and has run several small businesses in the area.

Pat is also a proven campaigner — you may remember the close campaigns Pat ran against Olympia Snowe for Congress in 1990 and 1992.

I believe Pat McGowan has the experience, vision, and skills needed to move Maine forward. The Democratic Primary is June 8, and I ask you to join me in supporting McGowan for Maine.
