A terrific advocate for this area

I have known John Patrick for more than 20 years. I met him when, as union president, he supported Rep. Jeff Mills in his successful state Senate race. Since then I have seen John work hard in elected positions both on the MSAD 43 Board and, for 8 years, as a state Representative. He has been a terrific advocate for this area in Augusta. No one takes his job more seriously and listens more intently to his constituents. In whatever challenge John has undertaken, he has used it as an opportunity to develop his leadership skills and his knowledge base. He led the Maine Citizens Trade Policy Commission as chair and remains on that board as a citizen representative.

I am enthusiastically supporting John in the June 8 primary and encourage Democrats throughout the district to do so. He will be a respected and strong voice for the interests of Western Maine in Augusta.
