IDA M. MOORE

Mrs. Ida M. Moore, 94, went to be with the Lord on Thursday June 17, 2010. She resided in Norway with her special daughter-in-law Helen Young and husband Allen Young. She was formerly of Mexico.

Born in Mexico, Maine, on Dec. 28, 1915 she was a daughter of the late Philias and Genevieve (Martin) Cormier. She was a graduate of Mexico High School with the Class of 1934. She worked at Diamond Match in Peru on the Pointer Machine for 17 years. She was a member of the Mexico First Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading the Bible and completing crossword puzzles

She was married in Mexico, Maine, in 1935 to the late Floyd L. Moore who died in Mexico on Oct. 24, 1963.

Survivors include two sons, Terrance Moore of Livermore and Norman Moore of Bryant Pond; many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband; a son, Robert Moore; brothers, Ele Cormier, William Cormier, Walter Marston, Perley Marston, Harry Marston Jr., Wallace Marston.
