Broderick For Rep.

This letter is in support of Michael Broderick as our State Representative. First, Mike has extensive experience in community affairs, having worked on transportation issues with MDOT and served as a commissioner for the Bethel Water District. He is also Chair Emeritus of the Institute for Supply Management, a highly influential and respected association in the global marketplace. Working in these areas has given Mike the ability to focus on detail, but also to take the “long view.” What happens now affects the future.

Second, Mike has offered a plan that promises to get Maine’s middle class growing again by creating opportunities for Maine people to get back to work. This 5-part plan encourages investment in schools to prepare students for the jobs of the future; provides for workforce training to match employee skills with employer needs; focuses on the infrastructure so necessary for progress, rebuilding our roads, bridges, and schools; supports traditional industries like logging, farming and fishing; will foster growth in clean energy, biotech, and other emerging sectors

With his life and work experience in managing and getting things done, and with his deep commitment to his community, Mike will be a valuable representative for the citizens of Bethel and District 91.

I urge you to join me in voting for Michael Broderick. And, no matter what your political inclination is, please take advantage of the opportunity to vote on 6 November.
