They say, the groundhog didn't see his shadow. So, let's hope for an early spring. The weather sure has been crazy these last few weeks. Bettyann Hastings told me that Sonny had his second surgery and is doing well. All the best wishes for a speedy recovery from the whole neighborhood.
Ann and Butch attended the birthday party for Teddy, to celebrate his 1st Birthday. It was held at the Bethel Alliance Church Hall and was a barnyard theme, as Teddy likes Old MacDonald's. Everyone had lots of fun and Dad is getting over the flu. Happy belated Birthday, Teddy, from the neighborhood!
Lynn Zimmerman just returned from a 10-day Back Country Ski Trio at Yellow Stone National Park. She had a great time snowshoeing, skiing and camping.
Alder River Grange will meet Feb. 8 at Stan Howe’s home on Broad Street, with a baked potato soup as the main course at 6 p.m. The meeting is at 7 p.m.
