NORDIC VISIONING SESSION
The Bethel Area Nonprofit Collaborative (BANC) envisions a community thriving on healthy relationships among people, the built environment, organizations and the land. We work directly with nonprofit groups and the business community in the greater Bethel region in support of collaborative efforts that work toward achieving this common vision.
On Wednesday, March 20, from 4 to 6 p.m. BANC is facilitating a Nordic Community Visioning Session in the Gibson Room at the Bethel Inn. This is an opportunity for those involved in Nordic skiing to collectively identify community-wide goals and tools for accomplishing those goals. Some of the groups already involved include the Bethel Outing Club, The Outdoor Center, Gould Academy, Mahoosuc Pathways, The Bethel Inn and Carter’s Ski Center. Each of these organizations and businesses is invested in Nordic skiing opportunities, which include recreational facilities, competitive training, Nordic events and family centered activities. Nordic skiing plays a significant role in making the Bethel area a special place to live, visit, work and do business in. This meeting explores how increased collaboration can potentially advance the goals of all who are involved in the sport. A limited number of spaces are available for those with a strong interest. Please RSVP to Amy Scott, the BANC Network Facilitator, at email@example.com or 357-3189.
