Good morning to y’all on this beautiful sunny Friday, March 15th. The thermometer reads 25 degrees here at 11:30 a.m and very cold. But the sun is so warm streaming thru the windows. Brrrrr – minus 2 degrees on Mt. Washington this morning.

Yogi has not been feeling well the first four days this week, he does seem to be feeling a little better today.
We popped in to visit with the kids ( Craig and April) one evening and to enjoy a hot cup of tea.
Had some day-old bread I left out to harden, so I am gonna spread with some peanut butter and sprinkle seeds on top and put out in the feeders for the little birds to enjoy.
Leroy LeBlanc joined us (the band) on Thursday, we were booked to play for the residents in Lewiston. The residents asked where Dell was, they love his mandolin ad fiddle playing. Keeps them tapping their feet and clapping to his tunes.
For those of you who always enjoyed the old curb side service back in the good ole days, Val’s on Sabattus Street in Lewiston are still in business,(it used to be A&W) we love going down on warm evenings and enjoying their delicious hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, onion rings, and other delicious goodies, and they do run specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the prices are very reasonable. And they play the oldies music '50 '60 and '70 on their outside speakers.
Hope y’all had a great Saint Patrick’s day with family and friends.
Our snowbirds will be returning to Maine soon after spending their winter in the warmer states; it will be good seeing them.
Time to start lunch and then think about getting ready to head for our Friday night jam session in Rumford.
That’s all from the valley this week, enjoy all the great sunny days ahead.
