Spring is supposed to be here but the thermometer says differently. I guess we have to be patient, as soon we will be complaining that it is too hot.
Not much going on in Albany. Margaret Barton and Jane Wardwell and two of Jane's friends have gone to Lewiston to attend the Messiah put on in one of the churches there this afternoon.
Last week I spent a couple nights in East Bethel taking care of Bella after school as Doug and Jen were busy with after-school activities. It is so nice to be able to help out with my beautiful granddaughter who is growing up much to quickly.
Ok, Mr. Donnie Katlin this is for you!Yesterday we celebrated Cole Katlin's third birthday with a big party at his home at Hillcrest Farm. Maire and Eben Katlin, Cole's parents, put on a great party with lunch for all and a beautiful rainbow cake made by Mother Maire. Cole enjoyed his many presents and playing with his friends. Those attending were Cole's great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Parsons, Donnie Katlin, (Martha was ill so didn't come – “We missed you, Martha!"), Nick and Amanda Katlin and their two children, Chris and Elton Cole, Megan and Pat Cotter, Kayla Cole and Robert Batchelder, Maire and Eben Katlin and Devon, Jen and Doug Bennett and Bella, Pat and Kim Carson and their children and Brooke's friend, and Great Aunt Kathy Bennett. Fun was had by all.
Have a great week everyone.
