Last weekend my husband Doug, our daughter Kelsey, friend Scott Farrington and his son Josh, and friends Harold Verrill and his son Cody ventured to Scott's family camp near Caribou Lake for a few days of hunting. Night one -- the generator blew; day two they went back to camp because Doug didn't feel well. Soon they were on their way out to the meet the ambulance; he was having a heart attack. From the hospital in Greenville he was helicoptered to CMMC in Lewiston. Needless to say, a week later he is doing well. Thank goodness!
Once again the town common is decorated nicely with lights and a tree.
Sent in by Elaine Morton: Cheryl and I were in Scarborough last week, and as I came out of Marden's someone said, "Elaine Morton!" I'm thinking now what did I drop with my name on it. I turned around -- the person in the next vehicle said, "It's you!" It was Ellen Greeke, a neighbor who lived on the Cross Road in Andover. We had a nice chat. This is for Ellen Greeke.
Its hard to believe that this week is December-Happy shopping everyone!
