RICHARD F. STUCCHI
Richard F. Stucchi, 81, formerly of Hudson, Mass., died Jan. 7, 2011 at Bolton Manor Nursing Center in Marlborough, Mass.
Born and raised in Framingham, son of the late Vincenzo and Victoria (Piazza) Stucchi, he lived in Hudson from 1964-1996 before moving to Northborough.
Mr. Stucchi was employed at Compugraphic in Wilmington for many years as a mechanical engineer. He graduated from Northeastern University. Mr. Stucchi enjoyed woodworking, golfing, tennis, square dancing and fishing. Richard served in the U.S. Army as a First Lieutenant serving in Germany during the Korean War. Mr. Stucchi was a member of St. Bernadette Church.
He leaves his wife of 58 years, Lorraine (Molloy) Stucchi; three sons, Richard Stucchi of Montana, Paul Stucchi of Hawaii and Christopher Stucchi of Danvers, Mass.; two daughters, Kathleen Hawthorne of Greenwood, Maine and Carol Molinari of North Attleboro; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four brothers, James and Edward Stucchi of Florida, Rudolph Stucchi of Hopkinton and William Stucchi of Framingham; one sister, Thelma Wood of Framingham; several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by a sister Virginia Joslin.
The Funeral Mass was celebrated Jan. 11, at St. Bernadette Church, Northborough. Burial followed at Evergreen Cemetery, Marlborough, Mass.
