Judy A.W. Fraser

Judy Ann Waldron Fraser, age 61, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2010, at Community Hospice in Vidalia, Ga., after an extended illness. Ms. Fraser was a native of Lake City, Fla., but had resided in Vidalia, Ga., since 1982.

Ms. Fraser graduated from Columbia High School in 1966. She recently retired from the Law Offices of Andrew and Threlkeld, P.C., in Vidalia, Ga., where she had been employed since 1985. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Lake City, Fla.

Survivors include her husband, Orlando M. (Al) Fraser of Vidalia, Ga.; one son, Harvey D. (Trey) Fraser of Lake City, Fla.; two brothers, Dewey (Sandra) Waldron of Durango, Colo., and Robert (Leslie) Waldron of Wilson, N.C.; niece, Lauren Waldron; and nephews, Brandon (Chris) Waldron and Tanner Waldron; and one grandniece, Ella Rose Waldron. Also surviving are her mother-in-law, Doris Fraser of Bethel, Maine; stepson, Bruce (Hollee) Fraser of Farmington, Maine; as well as her very special step-grandchildren, Whitney and Nicholas Fraser of Farmington, Maine, and Emily and Bailey Fraser of Bethel, Maine.

Ms. Fraser was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Jean (Jones) Waldron; her maternal grandparents, Henry B. and Alpha C. Jones; and her paternal grandparents, Lewis J. and Mamie D. Waldron.

Funeral services for Ms. Fraser will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at the Chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home in Vidalia, Ga., with a graveside service and interment at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 16, 2010, in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Lake City, Fla.
