Joshua R. Hansen

Joshua R. Hansen, 27, died Sunday, April 18, 2010 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland. He was a resident of East Andover, Maine.

Born in Lewiston, Maine, on Oct. 11, 1982, he was a son of Ralph and Karen (Hansen) Manning. He attended Telstar schools.

He enjoyed fishing and camping. He was a very generous person always putting others before himself. He had a great sense of humor.

Survivors include his parents, Ralph and Karen Manning of East Andover; a sister, Tina Hansen Davidson and her husband Michael of Richmond, Va.; a brother, Herb Manning of Telluride, Colo;, two nieces, Angel and Alexis Dapolito of Limington, Maine; maternal grandfather, Edon P. Hansen of Plymouth, Mass.; paternal grandmother, Elaine Manning of Middleboro, Mass.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, April 22, at the Andover Congregational Church with the Rev. Jane Rich officiating.
