Waterford

Once again it is raining. When I took Tasha out for her 4 a.m. morning trek it was coming down in buckets. Needless to say, we didn’t go far. Then it was back to bed for another hour or so. Now it is Tuesday morning and I am trying to retrieve everything after a long weekend. We had a yard sale all three days and still have enough to do it again this weekend.

Congratulations to Molly Siegel and Anna Goldman for their high achievements. Molly was Valedictorian and Anna Salutatorian at Gould Academy. Good going!

I do not know about anyone else, but I am getting increasing Facebook messages everyday and we don’t even have a Facebook page/account. It was such a negative experience when we tried it early on that we haven’t done it since. Please call me or send me a regular e-mail or better yet, see me in person if you want to communicate with me.

I am working at a desk that is messier than usual because a friend set up our cameras after almost a yearlong wait. Pete did a great job and more than made up for us waiting for Steve since July. Now I can look at whomever is in our yard. Watch out, I am watching you!

Saw an old friend this weekend at the Transfer Station. Bob and I worked together at Prop in Portland in the early eighties. He now has a place on Eden Place. Hope to see you again, Bob.

Also saw Anna and Jim Sysko and Aewyn and their friend, whose name I have forgotten. Great to see you all, too.

Condolences go out to the Davis family for the death of Craig Davis last week. You have our greatest sympathy.
