By now the week’s snowstorms should have ended for a day or two. Perhaps most of us will even have finished shoveling and otherwise cleaning up. The good part about all the snow was that for a few days the ice wasn’t as bad. By the time you read this, it will undoubtedly be icy again. Perhaps I will not be skating as much and Tasha will not fall through, again. She went into the field across the street the other day and all of a sudden she wasn’t on top and had fallen through the snow. It took her a little while to get back up and I thought I was going to have crawl over there and get her. She made it out OK.

Time to start planning your garden for the summer. We hope to get ours in earlier this year. We’ll start the seed in the greenhouse and on the window sill. Can’t wait. We also plan on getting more chicks to replace the ones lost to the hungry raccoon.
That is all for this week. Stay warm and safe.
